A New Star on the Stock Market Horizon

The average retail investor today often uses several tools to become a better investor: one tool for portfolio tracking, another for dividends, a third for screening new ideas, a separate spreadsheet for their own analysis. Each tool does its job reasonably well, but none of them are connected to each other. That makes it hard to get a coherent view of your own portfolio and of the market. That is exactly the problem we want to solve with Investiqal.

One Tool for Every Situation

The idea was an obvious one: what if a single tool could do everything an ambitious retail investor needs in order to become a better investor? We thought of it as the Swiss Army Knife for stock investors, and we built Investiqal on exactly that principle. There is a dashboard that quickly gives you an overall view of your investments. There is a transaction overview that doesn't just log what happened, but shows you how good your market timing was. On top of that there is both a dividend overview and dividend forecasting, so you know what income to expect in the future. Thanks to the detailed breakdown of your positions by country and sector, you understand how balanced your portfolio really is. And to discover new stocks, Investiqal offers you several screeners based on serious financial literature, so that you don't fall for hype or trending picks.

How Good Was My Market Timing, Really?

Our Market Timing view came out of a frustration we had with every other portfolio tool we tried: they all show you a list of transactions. Bought AAPL on this date, sold TSLA on that date. But what we actually wanted to know was: when did I add to a winning position or average down into a losing one? What does my trading pattern look like across a full year?

Our Market Timing view answers that visually. You see monthly buy and sell volumes, and when you click a position, the price history appears containing all of your trades in that stock. When we showed this view to one of our first beta testers, the astonished reaction was: "I've never seen this anywhere else."

On the Web First, Later Also as an App for Your Phone

The full-featured platform is available on the web today, optimized for desktop and smartphone alike. Even so, we plan to build native apps for both iOS and Android in the future. We want to deliver the best tool on the web first, before we extend our Swiss Army Knife of investing to other platforms.

The free membership is already quite useful: track your portfolio, understand your dividend income, and keep an eye on interesting stocks on your watchlist. If you need multiple portfolios, deeper analytics and dividend forecasting, and a solid stock screener for value stocks, the affordable Pro plan has you covered.

Who Investiqal Is For

If you're currently managing your portfolio across several tools and looking for a better alternative, Investiqal is exactly right for you. Whether you're just starting to build your first portfolio or already have experience and an established portfolio: Investiqal grows with you and is always there to help.
